Special use permit to construct three 345kV transmission corridors (Mira Loma, Comstock Meadows No. 1, Comstock Meadows No. 2) within easements across land zoned industrial and forestry with some encroachment on estate-zoned land. Addresses corridors located outside the official master plan transmission corridor map and additional tower height (up to 180 feet) beyond that permitted by zoning. Continued from July 21st meeting. Approved 2-1; Commissioner Mitchell (Vice Chairman) dissented over concerns about granting entitlement on land where property rights not yet secured.
