Consideration of amended and restated tax abatement agreement and consent to assignment for the Arlington Commons Development Phase 1C in Arlington. Current owner Robert Kimball (Nehemiah, owner since ~2018) is selling this phase; RPM Living will manage day-to-day operations as assignee. Complex has four or five county abatements plus JPS Health Network abatements and City of Arlington abatements. Passed unanimously.
