Court found violation July 14, 2025 with a $25 daily penalty; staff requested certifying $4,600 in penalties for 184 days. Property leased by Robert C. Pag (CPI Welding, Inc.), who described a $150,000 cleanup burden from equipment abandoned by a neighbor. Board continued the matter to September 2, 2026 at 9 a.m. instead of certifying the fine.
