Code compliance penalty certification for Eskildson property at 3100 County Road 17
Assistant County Attorney Adria Shiel and compliance officer Nicole Brick presented that the agricultural property at 3100 County Road 17 near Brighton remains in violation for an unscreened non-commercial junkyard and too many commercial vehicles (semi-trailers now in compliance). Court found violation July 14, 2025 with a $25 daily penalty; staff requested certifying $4,600 in penalties for 184 days. Property leased by Robert C. Pag (CPI Welding, Inc.), who described a $150,000 cleanup burden from equipment abandoned by a neighbor. Board continued the matter to September 2, 2026 at 9 a.m. instead of certifying the fine.
