Zoning code amendment ZCA 25-0005 for short-term rentals

County-initiated zoning code amendment amending County Code Chapter 24, Article 4, Division 1, Section 24-172 (short-term rentals), first adopted 2018. Changes include removing primary-residence requirement, removing on-site manager requirement (contact manager still required on permit), removing maximum night-stay limits (90 days unhosted/180 hosted), removing Williamson Act restrictions, and amending occupancy/parking table (sleeper sofa allowance).
