Sewer Revenue Bond Authorization (Consent Items 7 & 8)

Approved.

Proposed Ordinance 2026-0104 authorizes issuance and sale of one or more series of sewer revenue bonds and limited tax general obligation bonds payable from sewer revenues, not to exceed $1 billion aggregate principal, to fund acquiring/constructing improvements to the sewer system and to refund outstanding obligations. Adopted with Item 8 (Ordinance 2026-0121, retail cash-payment effective date) on consent. Vote.
