Zoning code rewrite update and data center ordinance

Staff (Jordan) presented an update on the multi-year citywide zoning code rewrite developed with Interstate Engineering (originally Stantec). Highlights include landscaping, park dedication, street design/road widths, right-of-way standards, new rural residential district and MX industrial district, downtown fringe changes to R7 single-family, mixed use and neighborhood mixed use, administrative/approval process changes, and parking/driveways.
