Adoption of Historic Village Sewer and Water Utility Plans
Council adopted sewer and water utility master plans for the Historic Village area in the northwest part of Dayton. Findings: two existing wells sufficient for supply though an additional well may be needed at full build-out; storage limited but addressed by the underway Northwest Tower project; water main looping recommended; sewer capacity to Otsego available, requiring only pump upsizing at two lift stations and one pipe segment upsize near the Crow River bridge. Estimated ~100 more services could be added before significant upgrades needed. Vote 5-0.
