Located in the northeast corner of Sundance Golf Course. Includes a zoning map amendment (rezoning green area from R-3 to public recreation, and orange areas from public recreation to R-3), a PUD amendment reconfiguring lots and roads, and preliminary/final plat reducing lots from 58 to 48. Also relocates the golf-course maintenance building. Applicant Tom Dean; represented by Jake Steen of Larkin Hoffman. Approved 4-1; Council Member Sarah (Van Asten) dissented, stating the 2018 PUD was not clear enough that the building location had to be there. Development agreement removed from the motion for later approval.
