Towns of Briley Farms Phase B townhome garage redesign discussion

Work-session discussion of proposed second amendment to development agreement for Towns of Briley Farms Phase B. Developer (with Element Homes as architectural partner) proposes replacing 20 three-story townhomes with 600 sq ft garages with 21 two-story units with 496 sq ft garages (24 ft deep) plus a 520 sq ft unfinished basement. Council gave feedback requesting additional benefit (larger garages on the perimeter two-story units currently designed with smaller garages) in exchange for reducing the required 600 sq ft garages. No vote taken. Also switching from lot line adjustment to plat amendment at staff request.
