Work-session discussion of proposed second amendment to development agreement for Towns of Briley Farms Phase B. Developer (with Element Homes as architectural partner) proposes replacing 20 three-story townhomes with 600 sq ft garages with 21 two-story units with 496 sq ft garages (24 ft deep) plus a 520 sq ft unfinished basement. Council gave feedback requesting additional benefit (larger garages on the perimeter two-story units currently designed with smaller garages) in exchange for reducing the required 600 sq ft garages.
