Resolution authorizing the town to apply for $9 million in state Community Investment Fund financial assistance under CT General Statute 32-285A for building envelope replacement and redevelopment of 323 Pitkin Street / 111 Founders Plaza. Project converts a vacant 19-story office tower into approximately 250 residential units (studio, one, two, three-bedroom) with energy efficiency upgrades. Previously awarded $6M of $15M requested. Motion by Angie Parkinson, seconded by John. Motion carried by voice vote.
