FY2027 Capital Projects Department budget presentation
Director Denix Anbiya presented the proposed FY27 Capital Projects Department budget of about $139.7 million (down 0.2% from $140 million amended FY26), maintaining 140 positions with 21 vacancies. Highlights included IIGC and GO-Biz grant-funded projects, a $118 million placeholder for an anticipated $100 million GO-Biz grant, downtown water/sewer replacement, the North Fulton parking garage (600+ spaces), the 911 emergency call center, Southeast Fresno Sports Complex, MLK/Les Kimber Park, and Fire Station 12.
