Amendment to Council Resolution 402-25 removing Fox Drive access condition for car wash at Six Mile and Fox Drive
Request from Brandon Grisco on behalf of Mannequin Smith Group and Six Mile LLC (petition 2025-07-02-15) to amend Council Resolution 402-25 by removing the condition requiring access to Fox Drive. An initial motion to deny was substituted (4-3, dissenters Brockway, McDonald, Budzinski) with a motion to approve, which passed 5-2 (Brockway and McDonald dissenting). Driveway to be moved east to enable a Wayne County-permitted traffic signal at Six Mile and Fox Drive; car wash use previously approved on 21-car stack site.
