DU 56 South Development Unit Plan major amendment

Major amendment to the DU 56 South development unit plan covering about 750 acres between East Elliott Road and East Point 22 Boulevard, west of South Signal Butte Road. It shifts the DUP boundary to align with East Rubidium Avenue, expands the district land use group by 11.7 acres to allow multifamily and commercial use, and revises the transition area. The revised transition area adds a wider 26-acre Great Park and a 50-ft linear open space buffer. Approved 5-0 together with item 3B; this is a recommendation to City Council.
