Zoning Text Amendment 2601 - Fee Schedule Update
Approved amendment to Article 24 (Fees) of the joint zoning ordinance, updating fees not changed since 2005. The $100 appeal fee for conditional use permits was removed from the ordinance after commissioners expressed concerns it would deter public participation. Other fee increases were approved, including conditional use permit fees increasing by $100 per application, PDD tax amendment from $0 to $500, and zoning tax amendment from $0 to $600. A $100 fee for petitioner-requested continuations was also included.
