Retail/restaurant/entertainment space reduced from 536,000 to 506,000 sq ft; office increased from 80,000 to 100,000 sq ft; multi-sport complex reduced from ~435,000 to ~409,000 sq ft. STAR bond request raised from $70.6M to $86.8M. Developer is Blue Hawk (PB Development/Price family) with operating partner Mammoth Fieldhouse. Both ordinance and resolution passed unanimously.
