Directive to pause Data Center Opportunity Zone Overlay District Zoning Text Amendment
Supervisor Gordy directed the county executive and staff to temporarily stop work on the Data Center Opportunity Zone Overlay District ZTA (initiated March 3rd), including not advertising or holding the Planning Commission public hearing planned for June 10th. Plan is to bring a revised ZTA back at the June 2nd meeting for re-initiation. No objection raised.
