  • Subject to 10 revised conditions including: building envelopes on lots 9, 20, 21 to comply with RE2; address creek/outlot maintenance in subdivision agreement; access to 63rd Street prohibited except lots 30-31; South 63rd Street improvement to comply with county improvement anticipated FY27-28; internal streets concrete or asphalt per county criteria; cul-de-sac turnarounds for fire apparatus; street connection between Riverview Circle and adjacent east property; wells and septic per Nebraska DEE regulations; address drainage study red lines and other department comments.
