Approval of a special use permit to allow a commercial recreation area in the AG (Agricultural Farming) District on approximately 71.18 acres, legally described as Tax Lot 26A in Section 27, Township 13N, Range 12E, generally located southwest of S 87th Street and Hawaiian Drive. Long Island Gravel Company, owner, proposes one additional cabin between the Papillion Gun Club and Long Island Lake; cabin relocated north/east from original site due to wetland and well-housing concerns raised by City of Papillion. Site is in AE flood zone. Passed unanimously.
