North Point Development IRB Amendment - Turner Commerce Center
Approved resolution amending Industrial Revenue Bond agreement for North Point Development to increase bond authorization from $155 million to $250 million for construction of three additional industrial buildings on west side of Turner Diagonal at I-70. Five buildings already completed on east side totaling 1.9 million square feet with 11 tenants. Current annual payments to UG total approximately $909,000 including pilots and property taxes. Additional $202,000 issuance fee with 50% to community benefit fund.
