Residential district accommodating estate-scale, very low-density single-family housing.
RLLow-Density Residential District
Intended to make up the bulk of the interior of the Village's suburban-style residential areas with frontage along local streets.
RNNeighborhood Residential District
Accommodates up to six dwelling units on a lot; bridges suburban- and urban-style areas, provides a mix of housing in a neighborhood context, or lies along collector and minor arterial streets.
RMModerate-Density Residential District
Accommodates a broad variety of residential building types at a moderate scale in the Village's urban-style residential neighborhoods, with frontage along collector and arterial streets with shared, rear, or limited access.
