Vacation of Pine View Circle Road

Recommendation of approval to the Board of County Commissioners for the vacation of all of Pine View Circle right-of-way in Spruce Mountain Estates (zoned Estate Residential), approximately 1.04 acres, 870 feet by 50 feet.
