Council tabled the Seasons Creek development agreement modification (case 26-01-DA) to a date uncertain. The DA, recorded July 8, 2008, remains active after being denied June 2, 2026; applicant intends to seek reconsideration. Staff sought direction on terminating the DA (reverting ~637-lot site to agricultural zoning) or initiating a city modification. Terminated site could yield up to 1,087 R-6 lots at 6 units/acre with 12.5% open space and 26 acres open space currently entitled. Council Member Bruce wanted more time to study the DA before risking an 1,100-home subdivision.

Decker Annexation on Strobel Road
Approved.
Request to annex approximately 4.87 acres into the city of Kuna with an R-2 zone. Nearly five-acre parcel south of the Indian Creek corridor on the east side of Strobel Road, at the corner of Rock Falls Lane and Strobel. Applicant Ben Decker plans to build a new house. Motion to approve by Council President Bruce, seconded. Motion carried on a voice vote.
