Parcel is a nearly five-acre lot south of the Indian Creek corridor on the east side of Strobel Road at the corner of Rock Falls Lane. Applicants Ben and Terry Decker intend to build a new house. Seasons Creek Development Agreement Modification

Doug Hanson, Planning and Zoning Director, presented the Seasons Creek development agreement modification, case 26-01-DA, which the council denied on June 2, 2026; applicant intends to seek reconsideration. The existing DA (recorded July 8, 2008) entitles R-6 and commercial zoning on the subject site off Swan Falls Road/Kuna area. If terminated, zoning reverts to agriculture; a future R-6 request compliant with the future land use map could yield up to 1,087 residential lots at 6 units/acre with 12.5% open space. Council tabled the item to a date uncertain (with intent to place on the July 7 agenda) to study the DA further before deciding whether to initiate termination or a city-initiated modification.
