Supervisor Barger moved to amend so that the maximum density bonus remains as currently codified (60% cap) except for a new acutely low income category at 150%; extremely low remains 120%, very low 100%, lower 80%, moderate 60%. Amendment carried with Horvath and Hahn voting no.
