Approved the collective bargaining agreement ratified May 6, 2026 between the Town of East Hartford and Local 1174, Council 4, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, effective through June 30, 2030. Provides 2% annual general wage increases (average 1.97%), health cost share rising to 11% in 2028 and 11.5% in 2029, plus a $1/hour increase for maintainer dike control and mechanic II positions.
