Council directed staff to make all commercial drone delivery hubs (accessory and primary) require SUP approval across all zoning districts, and to require SUP for drone kiosks as well. Included a field trip to the HEB location at 287 and Broad to view Zipline's facility. Standards discussed: 300-foot separation from noise-sensitive uses for hubs, 150-foot for kiosks, 2.5% max floor area for drone staging, 50,000 sq ft minimum primary use for accessory hubs. Second reading expected in October.
