EC Paia Town project - community plan amendment and change of zoning for 40+ acres in Paia
Council-initiated Resolution 26-84 referring to the Maui Planning Commission bills to amend the Paia Haiku Community Plan and change zoning for over 40 acres in Paia for the EC Paia Town Project, a mixed-use development by Sam Herbode/EC Paia.
