Bill 88-2026 establishing H3 and H4 hotel zoning districts
Committee recommended passage on first reading of Bill 88-2026 amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to establish new H3 and H4 hotel districts, like-for-like with A1 and A2 apartment districts, to permit continued TVR use for properties subject to Ordinance 5909 (Bill 9). Creates the zoning category only; does not rezone any property. Amended to add TVR-qualification criteria and to exempt Molokai. Vote 6-1-2, Rollins-Fernandez voting no; Johnson and Batongan excused.
