MOU with New Albany Company and M/I Homes for Ganton Parkway area

Three-party MOU covering the Ganton Parkway area southeast of the 161/US-62 interchange. The city builds Ganton Parkway, part of the Miller Avenue extension, and Rose Run Park Phase 3, with timing at the city's sole discretion. NACO dedicates right-of-way and roughly 19+ acres of parkland and contributes $1M to the Kitzmiller/Dublin-Granville intersection. M/I builds its portion of Miller Avenue and the full stormwater basin for its 240-unit subdivision (about 80 units in phase 1) and reimburses about $217K of waterline work. Councilmembers raised traffic concerns but did not change the MOU. Passed 7-0.
