Vision Fund $103 Million Surplus Allocation (Brown Ordinance)
Modified the 2017 Vision Fund expenditure policy to provide flexibility for the $18.9 million Municipal Court/lockup jail allocation to include demolition, new court facility, relocation costs, rehab, public facilities within the arena district, or convention hotel. Also added provision that any grant funding received for the Public Safety Center would be reappropriated to other uses governed by the ordinance.
