Approved.

Approval of the Second Amendment to the Triumph Master Development Agreement (original MDA created 2022). Approvals apply only to the northernmost pod in Plat 2. Attainable/affordable housing with deed restriction (buyers at 80% AMI or less at time of contract). Included amenities: fencing, water-wise landscaping (front and back), all appliances including refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave, range, AC/condenser, furnace, and window coverings. Applicant not requesting water from the city; water purchase funded via RDA funds. Motion included numerous document corrections (numbering fixes from 3.06 onward, conjunctive-to-injunctive, article references, 53-feet spelling match, owner-occupancy requirement per city attorney, city cannot delegate Article 4 responsibilities under 6.02, foreclosure spelling fix).
